A game, not an investment

Caravans, Charters and OXUS are for playing Oxus Trail. They are not savings, shares or a way to earn an income. You may get back less than you spend, or nothing. Only spend what you can afford to lose.

Where trip pay comes from

• Trips are paid from the reward fund. The fund is filled mostly by caravan purchases (50% of each), by the withdrawal fee and by the team's buy at launch.
• When many trips run at once, or when fewer caravans are bought, fund health falls and every trip pays less.
• The launch boost and the Waymark boost are for a set time and step down as the Guide shows.

The token's price

• Trip pay is in OXUS. Its price is set by people trading it and moves every minute. It can fall to zero.
• Dollar amounts in the game are today's price. Tomorrow they can be higher or lower.

Caravans stay in the game

A caravan cannot be sold, moved or refunded. What you spend on it comes back only through trips, at the rules of the day.

Withdrawals have limits

• Once a day, with a 5% fee. In launch week at most $1,000 a payout; more is paid in daily slices.
• The vault pays at most 12% of what it holds in a day. On a busy day your withdrawal can wait for the next.
• The vault can be paused in an emergency. Then withdrawals wait.

Technology can fail

• Smart contracts can have bugs. The contracts cannot be upgraded; a bug may only be stopped by a pause.
• Robinhood Chain, the Pons launchpad, OpenSea, wallets and bridges are run by others. They can stop, slow down or refuse a transaction.
• A payment sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network, or a lost seed phrase, cannot be undone.

Rules can change

Rules and numbers can change at any time; each change goes on the public change log the same day. Laws can change too and may make us limit or close parts of the game.

Charters

A Charter's market price is set by its buyers and sellers, and it can fall. A Charter you buy or receive boosts only after 72 hours. A list place is given by hand; nobody is owed one.

Scams

Copies of our site, token and mint page will appear. Only this site and @oxustrail on X are ours. We never message you first and never ask for your seed phrase.

Who may play

Oxus Trail is for people aged 18 and over. Follow the law where you live; it is your duty to know it.
